Because every print is custom-made to order using your unique image, text, or size specifications, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, color/monitor discrepancies, or buyer’s remorse.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Orders

If your canvas print arrives damaged, torn, warped, or with a printing/craftsmanship defect, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.

• Timeframe: You must report damages or defects within 3 to 7 days of receiving your order.

• Required Info: To process a replacement, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or printing error (include a photo of the packaging if the outer box was also damaged)

• Return Shipping: For damaged or defective items, we will cover or waive any return shipping costs. Do not discard the item until our support team instructs you to do so

5. Refunds vs. Replacements

• Standard Resolution: Our primary remedy for damaged or defective goods is a free replacement of the exact same item.

• Refunds: Issued back to your original payment method only if a replacement is unavailable or if the error was strictly on our end and you prefer a refund over a reprint. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
